Notice of partial specification changes due to shortage of 4-pin modular jacks
We are pleased to announce that the 4-pin modular jacks, which had been in short supply worldwide, are now back in stock. Therefore, we will resume shipping products with the previous specifications starting with orders received on Monday, September 7, 2026.
We sincerely apologize again for the considerable inconvenience and trouble caused to our customers and business partners due to this temporary change in specifications.
We will continue to strive for a stable supply of products, and we appreciate your continued patronage.
Due to a global shortage of 4-pin modular jacks, we are currently unable to obtain them. Therefore, we will be modifying some specifications to accommodate this.
For this reason, for the time being, some of our electric screen products will have their circuit box specifications changed to use pin jacks and stereo mini plugs. Please note that only the circuit box specifications will be changed; the model number will remain the same. There will be no impact on the product's function, performance, or safety. We plan to resume shipments with the original specifications as soon as the supply of 4-pin connectors stabilizes.

For circuit boxes that use 4-pin modular jacks, we will temporarily discontinue the use of 4-pin modular jacks and switch to pin jack specifications.
The 4-pin modular jacks for the infrared remote control receiver and the control switch (wall-mounted switch) have been changed to a 2.5mm pin jack for the remote control specification and a 3.5mm mini pin jack for the wall switch specification.
The temporary specification changes will be implemented during the following period:

*Orders received from September 7th (Monday) onwards will resume shipments with the previous specifications.
